The Hôtel du Domaine resort is a new player in the Quebec hotel industry. Our all-inclusive concept welcomes you between lake and mountains in the magnificent Chaudière-Appalaches region.

Arrivée et Départ.

L’arrivée est à 16h00 et le départ est prévu pour 11h00 le lendemain.

Can we arrive earlier to enjoy the site facilities?

Yes, you can arrive earlier, in order to enjoy the facilities (outdoor spas and beach and swimming pool during the summer). You just have to go to the reception, in order to receive your bracelets.

What is your best price guarantee policy through your website if the price displayed elsewhere is lower?

If you find a lower rate elsewhere, please take a screenshot as proof. We will be happy to honor the rate offered on this other platform. However, BE CAREFUL, as you have to go all the way to the tax calculation and make sure it is indeed the same type of room.

Also, rates vary depending on the search date and booking date. Several third-party sites display a call rate that is very different when you get to the end. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have BBQs on site?

No, the room balconies do not have a BBQ. It is possible to have one during your stay at Boisé du Domaine (ready-to-camp, shacks and chalets).

Can we plug in our electric car for free?

Yes, our establishment offers several free charging stations. Thank you for your contribution to the well-being of the planet!

What are your cancellation policies?

It is possible to modify or cancel your reservation before 3:00 p.m., 2 days before your arrival. Failure to comply will result in the first night being charged to your credit card account.

I'm trying to book some dates online, but it's not working?

The time slot you select may be fully booked. Please contact reception at 418-755-1335.

I booked the wrong dates, can I change them?

Yes, contact reception at 418-755-1335 to change your reservation days according to our availability.

Is the activity passport valid only on the day of purchase or throughout our stay?

The activity passport is valid per person and for your entire stay. The activity passport is EXCLUSIVE to customers staying at the hotel or campsite.

What is the availability for rental chalets?

You can also make a reservation online and check the dates that interest you. Prices vary depending on the season and peak periods (holidays, spring break, construction weeks).

Do you have an indoor pool?

No. In the summer we have a heated outdoor pool (between 80 and 85 degrees Celsius). At all times, we have spas on the edge of the cliff, accessible to hotel guests.
