Policies
Internal policies
- Valid for a stay from Sunday to Friday
- A $200 surcharge will be added to any stay between December 24th, 2020 to January 5th 2021; February 28th to March 6th 2021; July 17th to August 21st 2021; any public holidays; or the eve of public holidays
- Valid until December 17th, 2021, monetary value
- Lodging taxes and expenses are included
- Other taxes are not included
Terms of Reservation (booking)
- A 50% deposit will be required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the rental date.
- If a reservation is made less than 30 days before the rental date, the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no transfer or refund will be made
- If the cancellation request is received 8 to 14 days prior to the scheduled date, the deposit will be 50% refundable
- If the cancellation request is received more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refundable.
