Internal policies
- There will be no housekeeping service during COVID-19

- A valid credit card is required to make a reservation
- A $125 security deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation
- A $15 surcharge will be added for a lakeside view
- Valid for a stay between Sunday to Friday
- A $50 surcharge will be added to any stay between December 24th, 2020 to January 5th, 2021; February 28th to March 6th, 2021; July 17th to August 21st, 2021; any public holidays; or the eve of public holidays
- Valid until December 17th, 2021, monetary value
- Double occupancy, taxes not included
Please note that the hotel reception desk is open daily from 7am to 11pm.
Cancellation Policy
You may modify or cancel your current reservation up until 3pm, two days before your arrival. If a cancellation request is made after that time, the price of the first night will be charged to your credit card.
